As a child Anne was very close to nature and the art of communicating with the spirit world came naturally to her.  After connecting deeply with Shamanic Work in her adulthood she realized that she wanted to help others on their path to healing.  Over the years she has continued to deepen her knowledge of energy healing through different modalities and such as Reiki, the Akashic Records and more recently Crystalline Soul Healing.

Anne is also a farmer and entrepreneur. A lover of the outdoors, she runs Hawk Meadow Farm with her husband Steve. The farm is located in the beautiful Finger Lakes region of New York where they grow shiitake, Lion's Mane, Turkey Tail and other woodland mushrooms on hardwood logs, make medicinal mushroom tinctures and delight in outdoor education for people of all ages and walks of life.
